The host of the show is a fucking liar and theres no way he ever was natural but the interview with Layne was interesting.
Apparantly the limit to natural muscle growth is 5-10grams per day.
Older people need more protein because they are less sensitive to amino acids.
There is some disucssion about training styles aswell.
