Ronnie is a funny and geat guy.

Ronnie is a man of passion and life enjoyment, no doubt about it.... can't get why anyone would hate on Big Ron, retired and 305 full of life.

I actually wondered how many metric tonnes of faecal matter has been ejected from Ronnie's bowels in a 12 month period.

Surely it must be a serious pay load given the size of the cow that he is.

Perhaps its still high in protein too?

all i ask is ronnie drop a couple pounds.  good ole southern guy.  when i put on his clips at work people cant get enough.  worth every dollar bsn spends to keep him on payroll vs the active pros given i cant even name 90% of them.  damn sure not that clown sean allen!

He should diet down for the fans a bit before guestposing. They are the ones that are paying to see him....


and besides that, being 45+ walking around at 300+ cant be good.
