Ok, So again how do you train while on juice ? I mean like off 4 times a week ? and how long do you train ?
I'm having some good gain so far but I want to change some things.

Don't start training a trillion more days in a row than you would normally. Just try training relatively similar but with jacked up intensity, a lot less rest between sets and crank out more weight. Steroids help you to build muscle faster but they don't make you invincible.

I'll tell ya for me, I still train one body part a wk, maybe arms twice a wk cause I feel them lagging but train hard, I think you can get away with kore volume, I like high volume training

Your right about that you know..
Shit, I hate volume, it means esentially panting like a running dog for an hour and a half. But it has to be done. I go on volume for at least 3 months of the year, sometimes more if I'm having trouble with bf. Will be starting in Sept., not looking forward to it...
