1. Hate life and be as negative as possible
2. Degrade women
3. Mock anyone who is bigger, richer, or smarter than you
4. Choose a team of posters and always agree with their views
5. And last and MOST important, you MUST think that bodybuilding is gay, created only for schmoes who love men in thongs, and that you're just posting on a "hardcore bodybuilding board" as a sick joke ;)

i'm the one that spends everyday online and posts a lot on the gayer than thread, he gets on about every 2 months and makes a couple of posts

Any thing with either of the high pitch's is gold.
