Phil is going to win this year. IMO he should have one last year where he was more conditioned and fuller than Dex. The only person Phil will have trouble with is Jay, and that is if Jay can nail it - a huge if!
It's going to be a great Mr. O. Yes, that is said every year, but when is that last time the top 6 was this competitive?

i doubt it. i prefer the shape of phil's better but rons are a hell of alot bigger. and ron doesnt look retarded because his chest/shoulders are proportionate with his arms.

I agree, he definitely has the WOW factor. He seems to have made the most improvements of anyone I have seen so far this year which is saying a lot because he should have won last year. I would love to see 1) Heath 2) Wolf 3) Jay 4) Dex 5) Kai 6) Victor.

He has surpassed Coleman by a country-mile arms-wise. Coleman had better biceps-peaks and that's it, triceps, thickness, size Phil kills him already.
Kai and Phil are the 2 super-mutant niggaz, bringing the game to the next level right now. First time in years I'm really shocked by physiques again. I really think these fuckers are experimenting with some new dangerous shit, like Myostatine-blockers or stuff like that, so ridicolous as they look.

Phil's arms don't have the density Ronnie's do. Phil's arms in the front double bicep, back double bicep, side chest will never look better than Ronnie's... the only pose Phil's arms look better in are the side tricep and that's simply because when Ronnie's arm reached around it made it difficult to hit it at the right angle.

Phil heath will be good, but he'll never be able to build what ronnie could. remember, ronnie had/has a skeletal structure that heath could only dream of. phil is big, but he is short, narrow, and close to maxed out. long muscle bellies are great for getting big quick, but they often limit the growth of the overall individual. coleman didn't have the longest muscle bellies, but he suer could make them grow. phil heath will never, just like levrone, have a biceps peak.

phil has a good shape which casts a good illusion but break it down part for part.... no contest in regard to ronnie
the unbeliveable or cor you could fit phil inside of coleman 3 times...
pil has a small torso.... narrow clavicles and good arms... on his torso those are greeeaat arms on colemans... torso?????

you would think that bcause its hard to believe arms can become so huge. they look great though.

phil at his best will be below 250 lbs.
phils frame will limit how big he can get.
he's short with short limbs, too much will look silly - the direction in which kai looks to be headed in.
