Hey boys and girls, im looking to drop from 14% to 9% in around 5 weeks.
Meal 1: Oatmeal, nuts and 5 egg whites and yolk
Go to the gym
Meal 2: Protein Shake, 2 bannanas
Meal 3: Skinless Chicken with BBQ sauce, stir fry mixed vegetables
Meal 4: Protein Shake 40 grams
30 minutes Medium-high intense cardio
Meal 5: Tuna, skinless chicken and chilli sauce
With this diet will it take me from 14% to 9% in 5 weeks?
the pics below are me at my best condition unpumped, perhaps 10-11%.....my arms seem to come in early but all my fat goes to my chest, lower abbs and lower back

Eat more, lift heavier.
-
5 weeks isn't that long...........may take a little longer perhaps. Hard to say though as everyone responds differently to dieting.

At first glance I don't see anything wrong with it, but ultimately it comes down to calories in/calories out. Given that I don't know portion sizes in your diet, total calories, or your weight/activity level/ metabolism, who knows? Assuming you're hypocaloric, the macros look good... high protein, low carb, with the carbs in the am and post-workout.

here are my words of wisdom (diet aside): Tan and Tabata

One caveat to what I said above... you better be on gear while doing this, or you'll end up looking like jnn/auschwitz survivor.

LOL! Serioulsy, I wouldn't suggest macros are meaningless, but energy balance IS the most important factor.

this may a contradiction to bodybuilding altogether but I cant afford to get any bigger.
I box at a certain weight class, 140-147lbs.....thats my natural weight. Any bigger and it compromises my performace

You are correct. The whole point of bodybuilding is to build your muscles beyond their "natural weight". If you want to be a 147-lb boxer there's certainly nothing wrong with that at all, but why bodybuild then?

Where is Kyomu when you need him?

I agree, especially if he trains like a bodybuilder. Boxers need power, speed and relative muscular endurance..........bodyb uilding training sure as shit doesn't give you these.

Bodybuilding training is mainly for aestetics. Are you going to be stronger and more functional than your average couch-potato? Of course. But compared to real "athletes" bodybuilders can't compete in terms of functionality.

Honestly man, the word "diet" shouldn't be in your vocab at this point. No offense but you look like a white Sudanese AIDS patient who has 6 months to live. Eat like a horse, get big all over, gain some fat along the way, and worry about dieting down later.
-
Truth is if i stopped weightlifting altogether I would be 130lbs ripped
Too small, I would rather have a respectable physique at a cut up 145 lbs instead. Similar to Wavelenght.
What's your training like? You say "weightlifting", but that is a rather broad term. A boxer should train primarily doing olympic weightlifting and some power lifting. Bodybuilding training, if anything, would probably hinder your athletic performance.....

just 6-10 reps on most conventional bodybuilding exercises. I feel im stronger than others in my weightclass, so it gives me an edge in the fight/
