Wth respec to Phil his arms are probably in the 22-23 inch range now, they just look bigger because of the super detail in his exceptional tris.

I met Ronnie in early 99 when he came out for the Australasian (camara was shit and camara fucked up, shame), he blew anyone there totally away. Arms were just fucking insane and this was offseason.

What ever the case of his stamina after posing you have to admit this dude is awesome. Keep in mind he still has some tapering to do before September if he is going to be ready for competition. Carrying that extra weight is quite taxing. By the way did you hear what he said about having to eat every 2 hours? I wish I could do that

Didn't watch the clip but I can fully believe that Ronnie's arms are 24in - I saw him at the Olympia last year at his booth and his bicep vein was bigger than the width of one of my fingers - I've never seen an arm like it in my life.
