Post by: lax on August 10, 2009, 05:46:55 PM
I'd say either the front double bi

or

the front lat spread

of course, depends on who you are

The most muscular that Kevin Levrone does, or the twisting double biceps shot.

front double/rear double or the victory pose. you are the most open in these positions, with the exception of the kai rear leg double bicep psoe, which is just wrong ;D

oh dear.......... ::) ::) ::)

i agree with LAX..................the rear lat spread, when they also flex their glutes and hams and calves..........that could really bury you if your soft or narrow back there.

yeah, but if you have weak arms you can still look good in this pose. i.e dorian, one of his best poses because it takes the arms out of th equation.

i go with the FLS.. it needs a really thick and full developed body to look good.. this is why even in the pro. level a lot of guys dont look good in it..

I would say most-muscular is the hardest pose to look good in - especially the way that Wolf and Ruhl do it - you've got to have massive arms and shoulders with pleasing shape and upper chest also has to be signifiantly developed too. I see some guys trying to pull it off at contests and it just looks awful when they don't have the mass to carry it off.

Front double bicep.

Anything who doesn't say that is retarded.

that's all.

Agreed.

Heaps of pros come undone in this pose.

I'll admit it, even Wolf doesn't look perfect in the FDB.

Obviously it is the front double bicep. My boy sweeish is right. I bet you he's read it in the same source as most of us. ;)

Front double bicep by far.

in the other poses you can twist or do some little adjusment to hide a big waist or bad bodypart

on the front double bi, you are exposed !
