Both of those wrapped together with below added...

1. 5-10 min wrestling/BJJ not going into subs but keeping it intense.
2. @ the min mark hop up to the chin up bar that has a gi hung over with knots tied in it & chin til the min marker you set. Now start doing resistance sit-up with bands. do both back & forth for 5 - 10 min.
3. Hop on a bike & go high lvl for 5-10 min.
4. Jump-rope 5-10 min.
5. Do it all over again for 4 cycles.

Now your warmed up to train.

Train.

Now H.I.T. for 20-30 min after training.

Stadiums/stairs & track for 15-20 min.

That will get you in good cardio/fight shape.

Three rounds of takedowns, to mount. (five minutes)

(One minute rest in between interval)

Three rounds of heavy bag work, after every five strike combo, burpee.  (Three minutes)

Three rounds of heavy sparring, (stand up, takedowns, jits, strikes on ground) (five minutes)

Sport specific cardio is best.
