Not making this stuff up ad DA's is ranting over on RX about it. 

Personally I say good for Evgeny Alexandrovich Mishin.  He's not going to kiss anyone butt.

That's prob why he said it for.  He looked great when he turned pro but since then he really has looked bad ever since he started working with Dave.

its pretty low bashing someone like that though, If the keto didnt work for him then ok, it doesnt work for everyone.

Bullshit..  The diet worked well for him..  But so did a regular contest diet..  He was a little fuller and rounder in the shoulders at the NY Pro this year, but still not top 5..
