Ok, got some issues (TMI!) and gonna change up my routine a bit. The majority of the de-twinking of the schmoe was achieved with this schedule:
Mon - off
Tues - shoulders/tris
Wed - quads/biceps
Thurs - back
Fri - off
Sat - hamstrings
Sun - chest
...
I gotta twink things up a bit for a few weeks and drop a few inches from the waist, so what should I do? Go to 3-on/1-off (on-on-off-on) or 4-on/1-off (on-on-off-on-on)? I'm adding in 5 cardio sessions per week.
I did chest/tris on Tuesday, then did a full leg workout last night. I blasted legs, but actually feel well enough to do back today. Since I'm feeling good, my inclination is to get my ass to the gym and then take tomorrow off.
What would Jesus do if he were a GetBigger?

diet first, then maybe some cardio if you are looking at dropping weight. I wouldn't change the training.

When I first received the schedule, I questioned that, too, but it didn't limit my back workouts at all, with the exception of the T-bar rows.
Just - thank, but I'm not taking anything and I've noticed that my bodyparts are ready to go again on that 4th or 5th day. Since I'm lagging all over, doesn't it make sense to shorten my schedule to 5 days until I've got enough muscle to where I'm getting 7 days of growth and recovery?
