Been on Fat burners/caffeine pills for a good 10 years, pretty much non-stop. Any studies done on long term use and effects on heart and other organs. To me , this seems like could be more harm than good, yet my obssesive personality makes it unable to stop using these.

you're destroying your cns. You're asking the question because I'm sure you're already experiencing problems. No one could be on fat burners for 10 years without side effects.
-
no real negative side effect except they probably arent working anymore.
youd be better off using something like t3 instead.

You ALWAYS should cycle stimulants.
A little bit of caffeine goes a long way.

Caffeine = Increases blood pressure over time which can lead to hypertension. Have you checked your blood pressure lately? I would do that.

actually, everytime ive had blood pressure checked(2-3 times in last year), it was normal
-
Caffeine lowers blood pressure in the long run (because of andrenal fatigue most likely)
