Me and ronnie last night went and trained some chest together always a fun time training with the best bodybuilder in the world
just trained for a pump nothing too crazy.... his seminar and guest pose is this saturday for tickets still some left not many ....
gonna be around 500+ people from all over ... celebrity guests on hand.. UFC fighter Jeff Joslin... UFC/Pride Fighter BIG Daddy Gary Goodridge

3 things to consider champ...
1) He's likely a shitload bigger than you
2) You have no idea what he's doing with the weight much less what he did before that set. Don't be quick to mock someone who could have just did a set of 50, with a weight that would push a guy like you to your limits in only a couple of reps
3) He has Ronnie Coleman spotting/working out with him and you don't/never will

185lbs incline is respectable if he's nailing it with 45 minute or less between sets, getting 6 - 10 sets with the weight and doing a decent rep range. The guy looks like he's got some decent muscular arms and a good all around build. I wouldn't be surprised if Ronnie only used 225lbs - 275 lbs if they were just working out fast and pumping. With all his injuries and age, he's lightening up. Either way you'll hit failure eventually. The majority of my workouts are like this...fast. You can go heavier and rest a lot longer, which is how most people begin to train initially but I find this way works best for muscle growth. Once every few workouts pick a bodypart and go heavy. Arnold said once a week.

I tend not to compare myself to others as I lift for me to improve me so im my own competition, but the pics ive seen of you , you look on..a juicer can spot another juicer , its that tight fullness through the shoulders and traps that gives it away..ive seen pics of you when you dont have "the look" so you maybe off then but others you are most deff on my friend..you dont have the black guy genetics to fall back on.. ;)

Today, I noticed a leaned out 40 year old, probably on test/gh, proud of his 170lbs massive man frame, then I eclipsed him by 40lbs with a Natural shirt on. It's a blast. :D

You can have muscle fullness, big traps/shoulder, and not take drugs.
