Title: My Obliques have become too thick....Need to make them smaller

At first I just always assumed I had wide hips, but then today just a few centimetres above the hips I noticed there was a bump on both sides.
Its a fucking muscle i thought, and when i pulled them back my hip size just looked normal.

To be precise its the Tranverse ad domonis

My waist is very small but my obliques just below are sticking out thus giving a hourglass shape.

How do I reduce this muscle?
Once its there is it even possible to completly take it off......its got too big and this may be the end of me.

The muscle only looks "big" because you are 120 pound twink  ;)

unless you have a physique comparable to silvio samule or paco buatista, is suspect you have no business writing a thread like this ..........but most obvious answer would be to not do exercises that hit you physique with any weights.

i see fat girls in the gym all the time doing side bends with a weight in each hand, cause its an easy exercise that doesnt really require much effort, an d it make me wanna take the weight out of their hands and bludgeon them to death with it....im like "you trying to thicken your waist more fatty???"

stop training your abs completely for a couple months and see how it goes

Dexter had the same problem and he decided to squat and deadlift with a smith machine. Haven't tried it myself because my gym has no smith machine.
