Title: Cutler - still living las vegas dream?
Post by: dantelis on August 17, 2009, 02:05:59 PM
After reading this Time magazine article on Less Vegas, made me wonder if jay cutler has lost lots of money on his real estate deals or if he is taking advantage of the market downturn to scoop lots of real estate at rock bottom prices?  Is jay still living the dream or does he need to start winning more contests to keep the money coming in?

ha I just checked out my daughter's mom's house she had built in Vegas.  It was sold in Sept. 2007 for $866,000 to a black couple.  I just checked Zillow and it was $389,000 I think.  Man I can't believe it.  They spent I think $219,000 to build it in 2001 or so.  They just had an auction where they were selling $500,000+ homes just a couple years ago at starting bids of $39,000.  This is a great time to buy in Vegas.

...Just out of interest, why was it a necessity to say 'black' couple?  Sorry, I fail to see the importance.

Problem is Vegas won't be coming back...Over built in the first place...Unless the state breaks off from the U.S. and  legalize weed completely, Vegas is done...
