Been off a year now and I am starting back this week. I drive about an hour to get home from work and it never fails that I get tired from the drive. Was thinking of trying NO Xplode again but being out a year I was curious if there is anything else better? I was also given a full tub of Cell Mass for Post-workout. Thx for any help.

if you want pump , take 5-6g of citruline malate pre workout

NO Xplode is always a good choice. However if you want to try something different try Jack3d its made by USP Labs. You will feel your finger tips tingling from the beta alanine and have some good focus for your workout.
They pretty much took the concept of popular preworkout drinks, took all the "extras" out of them that caused bloating, and cramping and made a pretty good alternative.

Thx, pump is always good but the main thing is I dont want to be yawning during my workout .... nothing pisses me off more. I will check out those supps.

look into cold fusion by lg.. it's has stimulants including yohimbine.. i find it's a solid pre w/o drink

Arginine + caffeine is a sure fire way to a heart attack. Just have some BCAAs, maybe some waxy maize about 20-30 minutes before and lift.

What this arginine + caffeine = heart attack? Almost all preworkout drink contains both. Somebody pls elaborate.

Ya if arginine plus caffeine was a heart attack waiting to happen you would have had this stuff off the market already. They have been around for five or six years now and I have yet to hear about an incident where the combination has caused any problems like that. I know I would have been dead many times over lol.
