Title: Chicken Salad Recipe

I was wondering if anyone has any good chicken salad recipes?  I know there are alot of recipes for it, so let them flow.  Also low fat and or low carb recipes would be helpful.  Thanks!!!!

cut your chicken into cubes
use smart beat non fat mayo...like 2 tbsp or more :o
mix the chicken w the mayo and add in sliced apples, walnuts, a pickle slice or 2, salt, pepper, lil garlic and onion powder

Grill your chicken breast on the bone with a couple corn.  The pull off the meat and chop into chunks.  Add salt, pepper, a squeeze of lemon juice, some celery salt, a teaspoon of horseradish, chopped chives or green onions, cut the corn off of the cob and mix that in and then add a little mustard and then Olive oil Mayo until its at the consistency you like.

Chicken salad ALWAYS tastes better the next day so make it the night before.
