Troy Alves looks real good, best conditioning I have seen him in a long time. He did send me pics, and I am impressed, although I promised not to post them. I wont count him out at all for the Atlantic City pro.. hell, I may even have him as a long shot to be one of the top ten at the Olympia...

i have been around pro bodybuilders, i know what i pro phyqiue looks like in person. hide is small in size, look at pics of him in a t shirt, dude looks like your average asian computer tech.

Na dude , alot of pros you wouldnt even know when they are fully covered up , sure there are some big boys out there but not all pros have that prsence 24/7 , alot you wouldnt even know unless they stripped off.
Just cos you have been in a gym with some pros or seen some in person doesnt mean you have "been around" them all..
