I talked to the Beast yesterday and wished her a Happy Birthday from everyone!  :D

She's getting ready for Team U in just over 4 weeks.  I'll be there and I will take lots of pics!

Awww just saw this....thanks everyone ;)  Just trying to get through this diet, stay sane and on top of everything so I was missing for awhile.  Plus I had been on G&O too often before I took my hiatus and got worn down by the negativity...


Can't wait to have cake with you Lori, I LOVE and appreciate that you are coming to NYC.  Really it is very special for me...

dont worry about those A-holes on the G&O there is plenty of love for you here and on the powerlifting/training board Ive said it before and Ill say it again you have made amazing progress since ive been posting on getbig honestly night and day

you are an inspiration to everyone not just women keep fighting the good fight
