Low carbs does all kinds of things. Emotionless, kills your sex drive, kills your strength and energy, makes you hungry and overall puts you in a pissy mood.

i think i've been on a low carb diet before (not really on purpose) for a long time, and i couldn't tell any difference. Although i did think i was looking flat so i added oatmeal to my breakfast along with my eggs.
Of course now i'm not, i was talking about maybe a year ago.

There's isn't a whole lot of good reason to do low carb. Low fat and high carb is more suited to our species.

i notice that low carb diets make you less sensitive to caffeine and other stimulants. However, i wouldn't say that make you emotionless at all. I also eats lots of animal fats and fat in general..my sex drive seems to increase as a result..To each his own

It happened to me always when i stay many days with low carbs.

OP, yup in low carb..ketosis normally peoplel ike to say it makes y ou feel euphoric...but no, what happens is you dont feel bad ever, but you also never really feel good. just blah.

not to mention that there are millions of delicious candies and junk foods which are zero fat and pancakes and waffles and breads and all sorts of goodies like cookies too can be done on zero fat

ive done 3 major preps,,, and dumped 3 gf's in the middle of each one!!!!!!

If used to carbs as I am and then suddenly - no/decreased carbs + AAS = Very HOSTILE & VIOLENT!
After a while = the above mentioned things!

on low carbs i am never hungry

I do pretty good on low carb, I have actually increased strength whilst doing it, just the amount of reps go down. I never really feel hungry either, must be the lack of a stimulus for insulin.

unfriendly/very irritable
can't think positive/everything is crap
lose temper easily/smallest things piss you off
weaker in the gym, both strength and endurance and that = further depression and lack of will to train hard/push yourself
