What else are guys like Sean going to do? Some of you guys hold bodybuilding in too high of a regard. The days of Arnold have long since passed. Arnold used bodybuilding as a springboard for much larger goals...many guys today are slaves to a lifestyle that offers very little (if anything at all) in return.

i haven't liked him in the past, especially that last video that was on here joke or not, but this one i liked he seems focused, even though he does have that 'jive talk' down and seems to be cultured, he also isn't an idiot, which is what i gathered from him intially.. thanks for posting.
