Surely with added cardio you will just have to eat more so you dont feel like your starving.
I was thinking of bumping up my cardio from 30 minutes to 50 minutes a day but then I would have to add another meal just so i dont starve.
So it makes me wonder why bodybuilders eat so much when dieting while doing so much cardio (1 hour-2hours) instead of eating abit less and doing less cardio.
Your take on this getbiggers

The body burns about 90% of your calories according to the BMI while just living. The last 10% need some sort of exercise to burn. So why not just lower your calorie intake? Well you get to a point where your body will burn up more calories than you take in but up to a limit. To keep yourself sane, it is eater to eat a little more and do some cardio than to not just eat at all. Try living on a 1000 calories a day for a week and see, then bump it up to 2000 calories but then add in cardio and tell me which week seemed easier.

no i agree with that but alot of people tend to eat say 2500 calories instead while adding another 30 minutes of cardio.
Which seems counter productive to me atleast

because if you are not taking in sufficient calories you will not hold on to your muscle. you can't maintain muscle mass without eating

the "all drugs" argument really comes into play here cuz pro's don't have to worry about any type of real cardio (ie HITT, Tabata).
they can just walk on a incline for an hour or two

i like eating to much to eat like a sparrow. Being hungry all the time wears you out very fast, doing cardio improves life and well-being very much in the other hand.

I did it out of guilt for eating some shit I shouldn't have...but it usually still backfires. >:(

The fat gets harder and harder to get rid of as you get older.
It's best just to keep it off in the first place.
A little extra exercise won't cause too much trauma with your drama...
