cycling protein can be used to benefit your physique thanks to the bodys natural survival mechanisms. i.e. hormones and enzymes.

I feel vegetable proteins do not downgrade your receptors and might even enhance their function. As there is seasonal changes so should the natural available food change for the distant fellow prehistoric human. Now, we can do the changes how ever over the year, doesn't matter the matter is that you do have to change how you eat, at least for a few weeks. Maybe use some of that old stored up protein that the body stores around the intestines.
