Title: What sort of macro protocol do you follow in the offseason?

Trying to add size and not too much fat is basically every bodybuilders goal... which of these diets do you think does that the best?

First diet would be high protein, high carbs, low fat.

Second would be high protein, moderate carbs, moderate fat.

Third would be high protein, low carbs, high fat.
