Jay needs to keep the reps higher if he wants that muscular Ronnie or Phil, or even Kai look. These 6 rep sets are good for size, but not striated muscularity that Ronnie was known for. Heavy and High thats how Ronnie did it! 15 to 20 reps per set.

What i am saying is Jays super strict 10 reps may give same result as Ronnies sloppy 15 reps.

We have many "gurus" here who can teach Jay a thing or two about training.
All that Jay has to do is to make a thread in the training section and ask.

his form is similiar to ronnies he never locks out... also watch his segment for vfto 2006 or 2007 when he was doing standing shoulder press his rom was shorter than ronnies...
also check the side laterals in this vid...

So you honestly think that if J did high rep training he would be more striated ???
Its all in the diet/sup plan / how lean you get and dialing it in that brings out the muscle striations...

The way Jay is doing those laterals: its it better to do it elbows bent or arms more straight? I'm not criticizing I want to know for my own training.
