Title: Where has quakeroats gone ?

he seems to have disappeared though :'(

will he be back?

i'm not a gimmick, i just felt the time was right to finally post. Mr Olympia 2009 is just around the corner and i was getting too excited to just read, i had to join in.

hopefully overtime you will grow to like or at least accept me bejerkfury

Buddha i know you are new here, just FYI Falcon is a legend here many a thread has been started by him and many advices from him they even named a car after him.
