More than likeyly a keto diet. Women shouldn't carb cycle... they're too nuts and 9 out of 10 of them are way too sesnitive to them. Probably alot of orange roughy and asparagus for this girl.

Zero cheat meals.

40-80mcg of clen a day and 25-50mcg of t3.

You think so? I always found women should never be using carbohydrates as their energy source during a prep. Then again I think by nature, women aren't as disciplined as men are and they don't have the chemistry to be able to handle a carb-rotation diet. With women it's either all out carbs or none. They can't be in between... in my observations.

I've seen women use keto successfuly recently.

Give us a basic draft of how you dieted her down, Noel.
