Not a chance, he's effed himself, he looks like 20 pounds of muscle stuffed in a 5 pound bag---and a jumble of bodyparts...When he won his pro card, he was a world beater.

Hey Mars, I am not that stupid like those youngstars who dont know anything about the world and try to give a tip to an old dog.

These pros are not stupid. They surely did many methods in his training career and finaly he found out his way(Or trying new things).

I saw Tom plats training in world gym venice directly, he was training like a stupid kid.
But hey,i dont believe that he didnt know the basic style of training. Just i think he was trying new style.
