Ron, I notice you have a massive double chin. I have also read reports on Getbig that you have an addiction to orange chicken. Orange chicken and most other chinese food is loaded with MSG. MSG causes extreme bloating. By cutting down on your intake of MSG, you can reduce the size of your double chin by up to 45%.
Please let me know if you need any further advice

I also noticed ron still hasn't unbanned el pajero. You're on thin ice "big" guy.

Lunch at Asian buffet: sushi, colelsaw, pork with green beans, chicken curry, wings, duck with bean sprouts, fried potatoes, vanilla pudding, lychees, baked banana in honey, diet coke.

It's simply caloric restriction, that's all.
Everybody can get ripped easily with enough protein, strength training, and caloric restriction.

About 1000-1500. Usually it's two medium plates and dessert.

how do u manage to not overeat when you were only eating one meal a day? Surely there is a lot of willpower involved in holding yourself back from overeating after not having eaten all day, no?

Well I start with my 100g protein shake in the morning, so it's not bad at all. And I eat enough at lunch so that I'm full. The only time I get a little hungry is in the evening.

It is strange that Ron has not responded to this thread. After all the advice is for him. Perhaps he is happy with is double chin and he loves to inflate his chins with oil from deep frying and MSG.
