i think its a visual metaphor for their I.Qs...............the lower your pants sag on your ass..........the lower you intelligence quotient.

i don't want to sound racist or anything, but as far as these people from Africa go in Germany, you could not tell if they did shit themselves when you go near them, not visually nor from the smell. :-X :-X

I just got off the phone with debussey and he has a 51-IQ and agrees from experience 8)
