Title: Heath Herring
Post by: HICKSON on August 28, 2009, 05:59:13 AM
Man when he knocked out that zipper for kissing him that was freaking comedy!!!! (can't post the vid due to work blocks.)

Came across that vid I haven't seen in a long time.
I didn't know hes only 31! Anybody think that if he gets a solid training scheme/manager/trainer that he could be a HW champion? He has a impressive fight card & hes still young without major injury. I feel he is to alpha on the mat instead of being smart, eg. the Nog fight @ UFC 73. Treated alot of fights this way. Thought he was alpha against Fedor (you can see the lack of i'm not going to say respect but it was something along those lines in the pre & toe to toe before the match). but got his card checked in the first.

I feel this guy has yet to reach his peak  :-\

The fight against fedor were the bell rings and he looks like he got run over by a truck haha.

He's 31, but hasn't he been fighting for like 8 or 9 years?

That has to take its toll on you physically after a while, especially as a heavyweight thats his size.

Refuses to change up this training style.  Shows little improvement on the ground, and his striking is sloppy.
