Translation: the only good bodypart I have and cling onto is my genetically superior calves ;D even if someone has 40-50lbs more lean muscle mass I can cut their calves down to help me deal with the fact I never took bodybuilding to the next level... man up bitch

Croatch's shadow...ahah
Next level...does this mean ingesting many drugs, or just buying the thong and posing oil?
Get real.

He trains at Westside Barbell also, so I think he knows a thing or two about lifting heavy
-
After seeing Ronnie do 12 with the 200's, this seems a little weak to me and he's supposed to be stronger?

that's 15 more pounds in each hand and at this weight 15 more pounds is a fuck load heavier
there is a video of him playing with the 210'S

Not THAT much heavier..and those 210's were fake, you're telling me 5 and15lbs makes that big a difference?
-
Ronnie never was a strong bench presser. Didn't he do 5 plates for 5 partial reps? Could have gotten 3 full ones...not that strong...

Just what we need another natural that complains its all juice. We live in a athletic world of hormones. Time to be more realistic.

Agreed. Doesn't seem like much when you add numbers to the total, but when you're actually lifting it, it feels far heavier.
He's lifting Croatch in each hand...and yet Croatch bags on him. Oh wait, it's because Croatch is similar to the scorpion story; it's his nature. He must crusade against all that is drug oriented, no matter how impressive it may be.
-

i hope his cheque is equal to ronnie and jay...or wtf is he lifting that hernia waiting to happen weight for?

he inclined the 210's for 10 reps in another vid

you may have a case with the dumbells being fake......... but if not, he is stronger than ronnie.

No, not 12 on incline.
Ronnie did 6 reps with 200s on the incline and with a little spot. Yes, i know that was his 2nd excercise.
-
Clearly offseason ;)

Not all juice, genetics play a HUGE role. But to watch someone on tons of gear doing anything, then placing the "hard work" label on it...is a bit silly.
For my average 150lbs weak genetics, I'm happy with my gains. Even eating shitty and barely training, I'm 210lbs lean @ a dwarfy 5' 7 1/2".
A world of drugs, sure, but be a leader, not a sheep. ;) I know, he's just doing "what he has to" to compete. That's the funniest comment of them all. Compete for what? A $3 trophy and some shmoe's praise? hahah

I swear I saw this dude in Venice Italy last September. A big man

Exactly. If natural can deadlift close to a 700 pounds, and Johnnie Jackson has deadlifted what, 765? with a suit(!), why should I be impressed? Those couple of pounds make hell of a difference of course but it just doesn't make me impressed...
-
That's pretty awesome stuff right there.

You are hypocritical in that you say how pathetic some of the juicers you see are... i.e. you outlift etc... but THEN you say drugs play a HUGE role too.... even taring apart the "successful" juicers... so basically you have no argument...

I sorta get your drift but its hard work whether you take shit or not. Eating 6-7 meals, prepping, training etc is hard work for a natural or hormonized bodybuilder. Busting your ass whether you take juice or not is the key. Juice never guarantees gains. The user has to make it work. Arent you ever curious what your limits could be with juice? I've seen your video and you do train hard and have made good gains for a natural but dont you wonder sometimes?

He's at them..Croatch just complains alot cos hes loaded on gear but looks average for a juicer (still looks good though no hating there) as he doesnt have the genes so screams that he's natural in every thread..I guess if you lie so much about being natural you start to beleive it yourself..
Typical bb attitude though..tell everyone they are taking only 5 tabs but in reality they are taking 10 or more.. :D

Funny... a guy on AAS doesn't work hard even though he eats 6-8 meals a day, trains hard 5 days a week, and simply lives bodybuilding 24/7... yet a "natural" who eats like shit and barely trains deserves some sort of respect because he's not using anything... gimme a break... And fyi, pretty much everyone in the NFL and MLB are taking shit... do they not work hard either? They work just as hard, if not harder, than before they were taking stuff.

Correct. I'll stop once I can go to Gold's Gym and respect people I train with, until then, it's the same rant.

At the end of the day, these guys rely on drugs to set them apart. Sure, some work hard, harder than I do, or not. The effort put forth is irrelevant at a certain point. When your gains are made up of 30% drugs, you're void in my book and outside of getbig....most people's book. People in general don't respect roid users. Go ask a few random people their opinion on drug use for muscle, they'll probably all come off the same.
Wonder how I'd look on a bunch of drugs, igf1, insulin, synthol and other cool substances....not at all. I'd imagine, I'd be bigger, more lean, and could put out the same effort/work, for a much bigger return in size...but at what cost. Aside from health issues, it's fucking heartless and usually for the weak.
If you're not a pro athlete or make your living by taking drugs, there is no point...period. Of course, you'll get your local "competitor" who tells himself, "I take drugs because everyone who competes does." Well, don't compete then...haha. There isn't much there, other than a big steroid bill and a bunch of shmoes taking pictures of you in a thong.

Who said guys on gear don't work hard? That would be a straight up, foolish comment.
Remember, there's a big different in a guy who makes a million a year to hit a ball vs. a plumber who can't hack it in the gym, without drugs. If it's your career and you stand to make millions of dollars, it's at least understandable, especially when most take drugs. I can't say the same for your typical Gold's Gym goer. These guys typically, haven't gained much on their own, can't, so they turn to drugs, then hopefully, fool themselves into thinking, "Man, I'vereally made some big gains."
It's pathetic.
Some people can kick ass without drugs, most can't.
The end. ;)

Im not quite there yet but I hope to be handling that kind of weight soon ( with dumbells). Pretty impresive. How tall do you think that guy is? I think its easier for shorter guys to press higher numbers. Maybe thats why Ronnie and Arnold are not known to bench major numbers like say JOJ.
