Hey guys, people been asking me to post pics of my legs so screw it, here are a few shots, definitely have a long way to go still, but I feel I have made some decent improvements since last year. Any suggestions/tips are welcome!

Keep on being natural as long as you can.
When you reach around 200lbs with that BF%, then you start juice lil by lil to be on the Olympia stage.
If not, juicing is absolutely wasting money.

Legs r lookin good! Imo teh pics you took 4 teh MrGBIII were at bad angles and made ur legs look worse than they actually were.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think u said you train shoulders with legs during same w/o? If so, I would devote one single w/o in ur split to legs alone. Uv been in teh game long enough to know there are'nt any secrets to leg development. Consistent squats, leg presses, extns, curls. Stick with teh big basics and pound em!!!

Yeah, I usually train shoulders in the morning, at my house, I'll go to work come home, take a nap, then hit legs at night. I was thinking of maybe doing a split where I do hams one day, and quads on another..thoughts?Oh, btw, nice lookin bathroom...I just love a woman's touch around teh house...please tell us uv got a woman round teh house...right? Haha...yeah I used to date a girl who was a hairstylist, but was also heavy into interior decorating, and my family owns a furniture business, so that would be the explaination for the bathroom ;D

I think there are alot of guys on here that just like to lift and don't really focus much on diet, but you really seem to really have a passion for it...you are one of a handful of guys on here who keep that kind of condition all the time PLUS you have said you want to get on stage. I think I remember reading that you are around your late 20's....what better time than now?
Who knows? Maybe you have bad ass receptors and would look even THAT much better with some assistance.

I think there are alot of guys on here that just like to lift and don't really focus much on diet, but you really seem to really have a passion for it...you are one of a handful of guys on here who keep that kind of condition all the time PLUS you have said you want to get on stage. I think I remember reading that you are around your late 20's....what better time than now?
Who knows? Maybe you have bad ass receptors and would look even THAT much better with some assistance.

Easy Rosemary, nothing wrong with it; but narrow boy obviously doesn't have that much of a frame to expand the filling... still good physique but of the late, sub pars have been hyped on here, natural order should be restored...

Thanks man, I hit everything twice a week, 3 on 1 off, Mon-Bi/tri Tue-shoulders/legs Wed- chest/back I keep the reps aroun 8-12 mark.

Yes I really am, this is the reason I am persuing competition, it's one thing to get this from people who don't know anything abou bodybuilding, but to get it from people that know the sport (it may mean I have some potential here). I'm not one of those guys who preaches about staying natural and whatnot, I've just always felt I really had no reason to do it (I'm a bartender lol), if you have a reason sports, Olympics, stripping, whatever if your income depends on it then do what you gotta do, but if you juice just to walk around jacked...to me that pathetic.Hahaha, maybe I'll start a thread on the off-topic. If I do I'll send you the link. ;D

i might be wrong on this but your legs lok as if you do alot of partial movements... do you go all the way down? if not you should start doing so.

No, I go all the way down, it's the only way I feel comfortable when squating, I do free bar squats (fronts and backs) on day 1 of my leg training, and Hacks and leg press on my other leg training day, and my legs have pretty much been sore for a year ;D

No right now, I'm doing a higher carb diet=50% carb, 35% protein, 15% fat, but I still stand by the anabolic diet and the results I got from it, I like to cycle it in and out throughout the year like 2 1/2 months on it, then 2 1/2 - 3 months off, then repeat..

No never tried the "bulking phase" of the diet, I've done the "maintinence phase" which I pretty much stayed the same weight but just got tighter (lost fat, probably added a little muscle), and I've used the "cutting phase" got me really lean, but I like to use right after the winter, when transitioning into spring, for me it sheds off that extra fat put on over the winter (holidays and whatnot), so i start it around mid January/beginning Feb, usually by April/May the fat is off.
