No, but i get really sleepy. I usually take like a 45 minute nap afterwards. Living the dream.

I don't train legs. They are already big enough. Any bigger and that would just be being greedy.

I was a 100m sprinter. They are plenty big enough. I feel that African villages are benefiting from me not training legs.

Still I wouldn't quit completely, cause I'm highly convinced that the heavy Basic exercises for legs (Squats, Front squats, stiff legged Deads) are not just highly beneficial for you legs but for your whole body.

As a natural you shouldn't have troubles with greater dysbalances anyway, can't imagine that without the sauce one bodypart can grow so outta control that he wouldn't match the rest anymore. ???

But I guess you know what you're doing, you're in the game for a while yourself stud.
