i just saw it and i must say, rob zombie truly made a shitty movie. i should have just stayed at home and masturbated!!

The original will always be the best. I'll still check it out just because it is the type of horror movie i love. Just a scary guy with a big knife killing peeps. I guess you could say it is a "traditional" horror film.

I refuse to watch any of these Rob Zombie remakes. It's a fucking travesty that they even let someone touch Halloween. Halloween 1 is an awesome, awesome movie. Actually suspenseful and not that "scary" which is nothing more than a lot of gore. Not only that, but this douche had to go and change Michael around, even going so far as to change the trademark mask. Terrible.

making michael myers a giant was a bit much but i enjoyed the first remake

It wasn't nearly as good as the first.  Rob likes doing that weird stuff though.
