Yeah, in his newest DVD I was suprised at how many plates the guy was hack-squatting, he has good form aswell which is unusual.

I've been around bodybuilders since 1996. I've seen many and now am impressed by few. I am very impressed by Kai. All I'm going to say is WOW....just WOW. Words can't describe it.
