hey gang,
Have been training for 7 years now but the past 6 months have been completely half assed. not only have i SHRUNK but my diet went to crap and with it my appearance. I just joined a new gym close to work so i've been going on break for roughly 40 mins and then again after work for the usual hour to hour 1/2. Any advise on how/what i should be doing during the day and evening? I always want to lift during my lunch break because i'm freshest but i dont think 40 mins is long enough. Should i be doing cardio every day/every other??? (i'm only 170 but need to tighten up - cardio is a new thing)
also just fell into a cheaper living situation so i can spend some more on supplements. any real staples i should be taking besides whey /multi / omega's?? BCAA's probably? I've gathered that i should be eating like a horse(clean) but i'd really like to "get in shape" this time around.
appreciate the feedback in advance...
