Wake Up, America: Forced vaccinations, quarantine camps, health care interrogations and mandatory "decontaminations"
Friday, August 28, 2009 by: Mike Adams, the Health Ranger, NaturalNews Editor
(NaturalNews) The United States of America is devolving into medical fascism and Massachusetts is leading the way with the passage of a new bill, the "Pandemic Response Bill" 2028, reportedly just passed by the MA state Senate and now awaiting approval in the House. This bill suspends virtually all Constitutional rights of Massachusetts citizens and forces anyone "suspected" of being infected to submit to interrogations, "decontaminations" and vaccines.
It's also sets fines up to $1,000 per day for anyone who refuses to submit to quarantines, vaccinations, decontamination efforts or to follow any other verbal order by virtually any state-licensed law enforcement or medical personnel. You can read the text yourself here: http://www.mass.gov/legis/bills/sen...
Here's some of the language contained in the bill:
(Violation of 4th Amendment: Illegal search and seizure)
During either type of declared emergency, a local public health authority... may exercise authority... to require the owner or occupier of premises to permit entry into and investigation of the premises; to close, direct, and compel the evacuation of, or to decontaminate or cause to be
decontaminated any building or facility; to destroy any material; to restrict or prohibit assemblages of persons;
(Violation of 14th Amendment; illegal arrest without a warrant)
...an officer authorized to serve criminal process may arrest without a warrant any person whom the officer has probable cause to believe has violated an order given to effectuate the purposes of this subsection and shall use reasonable diligence to enforce such order. [Gunpoint]
(Government price controls)
The attorney general, in consultation with the office of consumer affairs and business regulation, and upon the declaration by the governor that a supply emergency exists, shall take appropriate action to ensure that no person shall sell a product or service that is at a price that unreasonably exceeds the price charged before the emergency.
"Involuntary Transportation" (also known as kidnapping)
Law enforcement authorities, upon order of the commissioner or his agent or at the request of a local public health authority pursuant to such order, shall assist emergency medical technicians or other appropriate medical personnel in the involuntary transportation of such person to the tuberculosis treatment center.
$1,000 / day in fines
Any person who knowingly violates an order, as to which noncompliance
poses a serious danger to public health as determined by the commissioner or the local public health authority, shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than 30 days or a fine of not more than one thousand dollars per day that the violation continues, or both.
Forced vaccinations
Furthermore, when the commissioner or a local public health authority within its jurisdiction determines that either or both of the following measures are necessary to prevent a serious danger to the public health the commissioner or local public health authority may exercise the following authority: (1) to vaccinate or provide precautionary prophylaxis to individuals as protection against communicable disease...
Forced quarantine for those who refuse (illegal imprisonment without charge)
An individual who is unable or unwilling to submit to vaccination or treatment shall not be required to submit to such procedures but may be isolated or quarantined pursuant to section 96 of chapter 111 if his or her refusal poses a serious danger to public health or results in uncertainty whether he or she has been exposed to or is infected with a disease or condition that poses a serious danger to public health, as determined by the commissioner, or a local public health authority operating within its jurisdiction.

We were doing a case study on one of the battles going into Bagdad....all the objectives and call signs were Red Dawn references. That movie has had such an effect on popular culture. The new one will suck.

What's the deal with you and guns? Your wife doesn't like them or? ???

Ha ha. My GF is now a bigger gun nut than I am. I taught her how to shoot a revolver and the next thing I know she is asking me to get her carbines, shotguns, etc.
The way I figure it, its better than make-up and purses.
-

I don't want them in the house. Hard to keep them in the house safely when you have kids. And I don't think it's necessary. If someone breaks in my house I will break their neck. I don't need a gun to defend myself or my family.

You cant go wrong with a shot gun. Its harder for kids to screw around with and typical loads will not penetrate walls.

I can grab and swing a bat a lot faster than I can load and fire a shotgun.

Also they are unarmed, which always helps.

And they always knock and loudly announce they are breaking into your house. They also give you a three minute grace period to retrieve and load your gun.
This also helps.

'retrieve and load'?
hahaha an empty gun is a worthless gun.

In my class, the instructur says these are the best for home defense, in this order:
1. Large German shepard or Dobermnan
2. Shotgun with tactical light attachment - 00 Buck
3. Semi Auto handgun with flashlight attachment
4. Large Knife or Tomohawk
5. Baseball Bat
-
yeah, i'd take the dog any day!
Anyway, if this thread had been posted in 2008, everyone would be screaming "conspiracy theory!"

A loaded gun is dangerous. That's partly why I don't keep one. If it's loaded and accessible, it's too dangerous to have around kids, particularly if you have other people's kids in your house. If it's unloaded and packed away, that defeats the purpose of keeping one for protection.

The dog serves a few purposes. It gives you fair warning and the dog typically can hear shit you cant. The dog can scare off the robber.
The dog gives you time to grab your weapon.

I posted the article for discussion, without any commentary of my own.
I do this quite often to stir up debate and to see a new article completely debunked by wise members like bindare. Do I believe we are "seeing a profit" in this money-printing, dollar-dipping times? Of course not. but I don't understand the topic enough to make a decision as to how I feel. I let the input of well-versed members help me to decide what I believe.
bindare and joker, thank you for the numbers here.

I've had two attempted break in's over a period of 6 years when I lived in a house in a not so good neighborhood and both times my dog was the first to alert me by huffing and low growling at the back door. Both times he did his duty when I let him out. He charged down the back porch stairs like a snarling demon and chased the stupid fucks over the fence Benny Hill style.
Now I can look back and say it was one of coolest things I've ever seen knowing he didn't get hurt.
-

passive much?

what are the odds BB would have "just passed on" a story like this under Bush? Nope, he would have just labed me Chicken Little for me passing on a story like this.

way to be the classic right wing tool
Too lazy or stupid to apply any critical thinking
Hmmm..... I wonder why we have people showing up at town hall meetings scared out of their tiny little brains screaming about death camps, nazi's etc....

LOL. Without a doubt, one of the funniest things I read on this board is you repeatedly calling people stupid, etc. lol. :)
And did you say critical thinking? LOL ;D

not paranoid. You flung it quite a bit for a while, most of that back in general and now gone. I'm just pointing out the irony of it and saying that it is highly unlikely that if this story were released in exactly the same way under Bush, you would have posted it. Instead it would have been someone else posting it and you denoucing it in some fashion and yea--(possibly using chicken little in doing it, not that that's the point.)

What I recall is me applying the label to you after you talked about unnamed people plotting the demise of either a substantial portion (or majority) of the world's population at some unspecified time, and that this covert planning has been going on for years. And, when I asked you to explain it, you said it was too complicated (or something like that). That's my recollection. Correct me if I'm wrong.
What that has to do with this story is beyond me. I post stories all the time. Usually, if I have an opinion about it, I'll say so, but not always.
Talk about ad hominem red herrings though. You've spent all your time in this thread talking about me. :)

My sister and I went shooting together.
Without instruction on where to shoot the paper body shaped target, she quickly put 6 rounds into the head portion, turning it into swiss cheese. ;D

I'd be highly pissed off if anyone else on this site said that, but you're a good man. You'll make a good addition to the family!

Also, does your wife classify as a Milf? I'd be very happy to take her on. :)

If not, do you think she can handle a break up?
Just curious.

Some of the same people who are now bellowing about loss of civil liberties and totalitarianism didn't have too much of a problem with the Patriot Act just a few years ago.
You have to stand against the raping of our Constitution all of the time or none of the time.
