Hamstring and Shoulders on Thursday
Biceps/Triceps/Calves on Friday
Cardio is 6 times a week (45 min am/45 min pm)
I rest on Sundays (football season now!) and always recommend all my clients to always take one full day to let your body and mind rest!

that is what I found so interesting. He just coasted into shows before. Suddenly he's up at 90 minutes a day. that's what many guys use. I know we all lose a bit of metabolism as we age, but this would be a major change.

Yup crazy isnt it..I get absolutly winded between heavy sets and having to exert myself up say hills on only a lil bit of dball a day I can only imagine how rooted these guys must get with all that weight they carry around and all the drugs , no wonder they need stimulants to get going..all for a plastic trophy ;D

yes, it's true. i've seen two married guys do the elliptical next to each other at the gym once.
35 minutes later, they were blowing each other in the parking lot.
so it may not be for homosexuals exclusively, but you are guaranteed to become one if your heart rate goes up.

Dexter has been doing cardio since around '03-'04. He claimed during all is previous contests that he never had to do cardio, and I've seen numerous times where he claims that (and other competitors that are envious of that ability of Dex's).
I don't think he was able to get by with zero cardio at all, and show up as ripped as he did then, he earned the name "The Blade" for a reason, and not doing cardio I don't think is correct to his claim.

Probably.. Every time I go to the gym, the majority of guys in the cardio section look effeminate. The cardio section... that’s where most of the women are too.
Unless the guy in the cardio section is on a machine (say the treadmill) that’s positioned directly behind a woman’s machine (with a nice ass).. He is gay.
