He looks absolutely huge in that video. If he nails his conditioning he'll be tough to beat, but same can be said for the others too, although he has more of a freak factor (and not because he does the bicycle while standing on his head :-\)

See i agree with you,he has more of that Ronnie Coleman freak factor then Phil has, plus he will be bigger and thicker then phil. I think this is going to be a very controversial Mr O, its going to be very hard to place these guys as they will also be so close, in the end im sure politics will win over.

I have been saying this for years . Plus you get all the front delt work you'll need from benching and dips.
I haven't trained them in 10 years directly

Oscar says Kai's going to the gym 4 times per day, 6 days a week.

I know Kai will look awesome on stage but in the offseason the guy looks like one of those myostatin cows. Just overpacked with muscle on a 5'8"-9" body. Phil has been packing on muscle like crazy too but he never gets so big and I don't think its necessary. Maybe Kai likes the drama of having to do 4 gym visits a day where as someone like Phil maybe does two: weights and cardio.

sometimes, even anonymous internet posters know more than the so called "gurus" of this sport. taking an advice and process it yourself wont harm you

sometimes, even anonymous internet posters know more than the so called "gurus" of this sport. taking an advice and process it yourself wont harm you
IMO, a lateral raise performed behind the back with no cheating whatsoever to failure directly into seated machine presses is all that is needed for overall delt development. I find that if I focus more on negative strength, i.e failing at 4-6 reps with extremely heavy weight with a spotter helping with the lifting, my shoulders respond more than any other combination.
