Falcon seems high in carbs - agree on the peanut butter and crackers...
-
Johnny perhaps you've simply given up on dieting?
-
definitely agree on the peanut butter
-
johnny needs a good bulk
none of this dieting for 2 days, feel like shit and binge on crackers and peanutbutter. you are not improving, just going sideways.

na im fairly lean but have plenty of energy, im not fat but i have 20 pounds of excess i could lose and if i lost it id look near perfect
i think i could shed those 20 pounds and still keep energy up with plenty of food by sleeping 5-6 hours consistently, my whole life ive slept 8 hours and at times more wich is really bad because the more i sleep the stiffer my bodyparts are and the more out of shape i look
these foods give me energy to lift the weights i need to lift, without these foods id be dead like a vegetable, high protien and low fat diets do not work especially during a day of labor and lifting and or basketball

hahah i dont diet for shit, i just experiement now with minor diet adjustments but im starting to learn/find out that the real physique change happens when i sleep less and how much drier i am even if i eat really high calorie foods
-
Johnny I would suspect has a high metabolism can eat about anything he wants especially sleeping less.

yes im just missing my mark for the past 10 years. i have looked just as lean eating pure junk vs. all clean high protien food
while ive put emphasis on diets it was probably too much sleep as being the culprit over all the years
i eat like an obese person would because im very good at eating alot of junkfood then being able to workout immediatley after that and some coffee
-
i like the fruit thing alot :-X

Here, throw all this together in a pot:
Carrots, onion, leek, celery, garlic, olive oil, chicken stock, chicken, dry lentil beans, oregano, parsley, bayGBM leaf, dijon mustard, white wine, cayanne pepper, salt.

Get back to where and what you were doing 2-3 years ago and stick with it and you will look "insane the membrane" , that is when you looked your best Johnny imo. :)

sleep deprivation increases ghrelin (appetite stimulant) and insulin levels(storage hormone) throughout the day
Taheri S, Lin L, Austin D, Young T, Mignot E (December 2004). "Short sleep duration is associated with reduced leptin, elevated ghrelin, and increased body mass index". i dont really have a noticable appetite increase because of the caffiene. i am definitly dryer and leaner and can train just as hard if not more
