Title: Trap Bar Deadlifts

Are these any easier or harder than deadlifts with the straight bar?

there a nice variation,,, feel it more across shoulder girdle and legs than regular deadlifts

definitely easier. The bar wouldn't rub against your shins and it ables you to to use more legs and less lower back. It is actually amost like a squat, but you will feel it in the traps and shoulders due to the gripping of the weight.

I find them easier to keep good form...and i like doing shrugs w the trap bar too
