Title: Someone told me that the *supposed* best ever O is in 2.5 weeks time??
Post by: Determinator on September 09, 2009, 04:38:54 AM
You would not think so, given that there is hardly any pre-show hype etc. I recall the weeks leading up to the Ironman 08. There were loads of vids (okay, bob licking muscletechs arse plugging their crap whilst he talked to the *pros.*), and the like. Recall the hype on what Heath would look like with his new gains etc. This year seems like a ghost town, even in comparison pre-contest buzz surrounding even micky mouse shows a year or so ago.

Too cheap to even do another "Olympia series" with Bobert.

I'm sure he could have taken some time out of his busy schedule of stepping in dog shit to interview some musclemen......

I think they are shooting themselves in the foot by having no pre-show hype and not having it on bodybuilding.com
They should have it on Sky Sports pay per view in my opinion

It's considered the best Olympia ever, because this is the first time (maybe in the history of the O), that 5-6 guys all have an equal shot at winning the title...that combined with the level of physique in this day and age, amke it the most competitive by far...

As for coverage, there has been plenty for those interested...wasnt my call not to do a series for BB.com
