Who knows why some get them and others don't.  I guess there a particular function with them like a restricted board section or etc.   

At least I've stuck up for him in the past like this recent tidbit.

No, there is no board that they get to see (competitors II). And I just realized Leafy has already got them since he started this thread.

Someone started a thread in the Complaints board for you to get stars a few months ago - maybe it should be bumped for action.
