Good things happen when you go Ultra! Congrats Kai!
I gotta get some MuscleMeds!..... ;D
KAI GREENE SIGNS MUSCLEMEDS CONTRACT EXTENSION
Kai Greene, the 2009 Arnold Classic Champ and a favorite for the ’09 Olympia crown, has signed a two-year contract extension with nutritional supplement company MuscleMeds for an undisclosed amount. Word on the street is that the contract was extremely lucrative and puts Kai in the upper echelon of professional bodybuilders today.
“I am thrilled to extend my contract with MuscleMeds,” says Kai. “I have always dreamed that one day I’d be able to make a living as a pro bodybuilder, and now that dream has come true. I have been able to make unbelievable gains using MuscleMeds products like Carnivor and MethylBURN, and signing this contract extension allows me to concentrate on one thing alone – winning the Mr. Olympia crown!”
Kai’s trainer, Oscar Ardon, reports that The Predator is training like an animal in Las Vegas preparing for the Olympia, and is a ripped and super-hard 283 lbs. a full month before the show! With the two-year MuscleMeds contract extension now in the Books, Kai is taking his K.A.I. (Kick Ass, Inc.) philosophy to the highest level of bodybuilding supremacy

Great source!

Kai is taking his K.A.I. (Kick Ass, Inc.) philosophy to the highest level of bodybuilding supremacy = all tren.
-
I'm really happy for him. Guy has been through alot! I like his nickname "K.A.I" aka Kick Ass Inc.
-H

Congrats to Kai, but this contract is probably for $50-75K over 2 years.

Probably less than that... In fact, I bet my ass it isn't more than 10k/year for 2 years.
Kai is a good bodybuilder but here we go with the same bullshit of...
" Oh, products like Carnivor and MethylBURN is helping me out so much " when in reality he's probably never opened a single container of any of the two.
MHP doesn't pay people much. Not even Victor. I know guys "sponsored" by MHP and believe me when I tell you that they aint paying much more than peanuts and a 300-500.00 credit for whichever supplements they want.

Oh, and I haven't forgotten about you, h0mo...
Look. This is Getbig. If you don't have anything HATEFUL and downright disrespectful to say about anybody then don't say anything at all. Got it?

lol ;D
Had it been me, I would have signed after the Olympia. What if he wins it? He could have received more money.
I'm sure he's doing fine. MD Contract, MuscleMeds contract, in demand for guest posings and contest winnings/photos.
-

Nothing like juicing it hard to the top of the food chain, then getting 35k a year in an endorsement.
MLB ain't got shit on pro bodybuilding.

I would support this theory. Yes. Kudos to the fact that he should have waited because after he takes 2nd or 3rd he may have gotten a little more coin. Maybe.
He won't take 1st because he is with MD and Stevie B wouldn't let anyone from AMI/Weider use his likeness or even mention his name in Joe Weider's Mr. Olympia's magazine (FLEX) without litigation.
Unless he comes in with a LIGHTS OUT physique like Ronnie did in 2003 then he will take a backseat to Heath or Dexter.
Kai makes a living from BB now. I won't dispute that and MHP is a decent sized company so maybe I'm wrong but I doubt it.

yeah but i doubt kai could have been a baseball player. i am sure if he thought he could, he may have taken a different path in life.
i mean he is doing what he likes to do and is getting paid something for it, enough where he doesn't have to work a 9-5. even though it may not be the millions everyone else is making on this site.
its better than my hobby, 10 grand+ spent on music over the years and i have nothing to show for it, granted i don't have to worry about my internal organs :-\

Wiggs, you should angle yourself to Ultra as a rep or something...At least, a personal assistant when he is in town. I'm serious. You'd do right by him.
-
Congrats to Kai .
Contracts are hard to get and to receive an extension is great !

I am not competely sure but i remeber reading somewhere that lee priest's twinlab contract was $40k a year, and that was like 10 years ago.

;D Seemed appropriate
Well we're movin on up,
To the east side.
To a deluxe apartment in the sky.
Movin on up,
To the east side.
We finally got a piece of the pie.
Fish don't fry in the kitchen;
Beans don't burn on the grill.
Took a whole lotta tryin',
Just to get up that hill.
Now we're up in the big leagues,
Gettin' our turn at bat.
As long as we live, it's you and me baby,
There ain't nothin wrong with that.

At what point does it become schmoey? Kai seems like a cool ass guy but Oscar seems to provide everything he needs. I'll just keep my distance and stay a fan. Unless he outright asked me (of course I'd say yes).

Maybe you should think about approaching him with an eye to clinching the Getbig Kai franchise for yourself.

Now- I had read several times muscletech shells out over 100k per year to their top guys. True or false? Jay and Ronnie supposedly make over a mill a year.

LMAO you dont have a clue, frank mcgrath makes 50g a year with animal, you serioulsy think it would be that little?
-
Eff that, man. I'm sure Oscar wouldn't mind a hand when they are in your neck of the woods. The more extraneous stuff he can be relieved of is the more he can focus on training Ultra. Be direct when the moment presents itself and don't come off as a weirdo fanboy and give him contact info or something. You seem pretty confident, so you'll pull it off easy.
