A few years ago I talked with the original film’s composer Jeff Danna.
Of course I asked him if he knew anything about the sequel. ;)

He told me there were some issues regarding the franchise’s rights being tied up with some of the first film’s producers.
He didn’t go into anymore detail than that.

Well, they must’ve settled. And only 4 of the original 10 producers/co-producers are attached to the new project.

Think I might be alone in not digging this pretentious Tarantino ripoff at all. No offense to fans, of course.

Even gave it a second chance. Still, no.

Did anyone ever see that documentary about the writer/ director of the original movie?

I think it was called "Overnight". That guy got a little fame and became incredibly pompous towards all of his friends, family and even big Hollywood stars. Then everything tanked for him.

It was a great documentary.

Looks good. In for one. Let's hope that Duffy learned something since his behavior a while back. 'Overnight' did make him out to be a bit much. :)

LOL So out of order! I liked the original until they brought Billy Connelly out. Then, I was like, 'WTF...' I like Billy Connelly, but the story was so over-the-top that it stretched my suspension of disbelief a bit too far.

I've barely had time to make it out for the necessities, much less to go to the movies.

Has anyone seen B.S. II yet?
