I haven’t bought any of the bb magazines in quite a while, but I always enjoyed reading Glass’ column in MD.

if i saw him in my gym, and he looked over in my direction, my first response would be "sorry man, i don't have any money"

Actually, Charles has appeared in quite a few movies.

On a serious note, it's worth reading anything by him you can get your hands on.
He seldom discusses pharmaceuticals, but his training advice is solid.
