Damn, I didn't think he only weighed 229-232 last year, looked much bigger. He's at 242-243 now. I'm guessing after depleating and carbing up he'll be in the upper 230s.

the good thing about the Mr O this year is that the previous year winner does not have the "iron grip" on the title like the haney, yates and coleman years. At least not as much as those eras..

please. even the clowns over ami know the mro becomes worthless if they have a champ every yr. dex is a good-between to the intro of phil. he was safe because of his age. phil will hold this thing for at least 5-6 yrs. that's why i say 2010 when he hits 30.
dex and jay determine if it is handed over to him this yr. if i was vic wolf kai...i'd focus on the arnold and that check.
