I'd say his 2009 physique is still able to win amateur level NPC events!

Would like to see what would have happened if Brian Buchanan competed against Flex---this would mean Brian would have to have legs, Flex is basically a better balance version of Brian.

you wanted to know how o reduce gyno? yuou can try an aromatase inhibitor like letrozole, but its doubtful that will do it. you need surgery to remove the gland.
