Title: Napping after training and napping to avoid junk consumption

this is a new approach but one that should work, i feel my training is on point but i lack proper food discipline sometimes and tend to eat junk after training when i should just nap

i know spinach and whole milk work great for building me up and good energy

so that will be my two main things i consume

ill still hit up my beer as i generally do punches after drinking, but tend to mess up when i get tired and eat cake when i should just take another nap!

nap=pan

the name "pan" is the devil in ancient times, and was actually a great fella until westerners demonized him, like many democrats do that want control over your life, "crat" = rule in latin   "demo"=demonic

listen to republicans, they are more falconlike, even though many of them are pussys, im sure many would do well by taking naps after training , eating spinach and whole milk

napping is good, i tend to fall a sleep an hour after too :D

high insuling from pwo shake, eat a meal then poof...sleepy, very sleepy and lights out...feeling like this right now, might be time to minimize getbig and nap :D

Falcon are you using the 245 DB as well as punching?

i havent used the 245 db in days  :'(

but am very consistent with my other weights, my back doesnt feel up to lifting that heavy thing, or maybe its my mental state, maybe i need to thin my blood with alcohol
